COD (Cash On Delivery) Terms

We offer COD to make online shopping easier for customers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.

1. COD Availability

• COD is available in selected areas of UAE, KSA & Oman
• Additional COD charges may apply depending on region

2. Verification

For COD orders above a certain amount, we may:

• Call or WhatsApp for confirmation
• Request ID verification if needed
• Failure to verify can lead to order cancellation.

3. Refusing COD Orders

If a customer refuses a COD parcel without reason:

• Future COD orders may be blocked
• Customer account may be limited

4. Shipping Fees for COD

• COD delivery charges are non-refundable
• If the customer cancels after dispatch, delivery charges must still be paid
