Cancellation Policy

At Waqas Dubai Wala, we understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is simple and customer-friendly.

  1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it immediately without any charges.
  1. Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery:

  • Cancellation is not allowed.
  • The customer must accept the delivery first; later returns will follow the Return & Refund Policy.
  1. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer may be restricted from using COD in the future.
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to account limitation.
  1. Refund for Prepaid Orders

If your order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank delays are possible depending on the issuing bank.
