Warranty varies depending on the product:

  • Mobiles & Laptops: Only if mentioned on product page
  • Mobile Accessories: Many accessories come without warranty
  • Toys: Usually no warranty unless specified
  • Cosmetics/Makeup: No warranty

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Mishandling or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Broken screens, dents, drops
  • Accessories such as cables, chargers, earphones (unless stated)
  1. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a claim:

  1. Provide invoice/order ID
  2. Share photos/videos of the issue
  3. Allow 2–5 working days for assessment

If approved:

  • Product will be repaired or replaced (as per brand policy)
  • If repair is not possible, store credit may be provided
  1. Shipping for Warranty
  • Customer must arrange delivery of the item to our service center/courier
  • Return shipping may be charged depending on the case
