Warranty varies depending on the product:
- Mobiles & Laptops: Only if mentioned on product page
- Mobile Accessories: Many accessories come without warranty
- Toys: Usually no warranty unless specified
- Cosmetics/Makeup: No warranty
- Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Mishandling or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs
- Broken screens, dents, drops
- Accessories such as cables, chargers, earphones (unless stated)
- Warranty Claim Process
To raise a claim:
- Provide invoice/order ID
- Share photos/videos of the issue
- Allow 2–5 working days for assessment
If approved:
- Product will be repaired or replaced (as per brand policy)
- If repair is not possible, store credit may be provided
- Shipping for Warranty
- Customer must arrange delivery of the item to our service center/courier
- Return shipping may be charged depending on the case
