Return & Refund Policy 

At Waqas Dubai Wala, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.

  1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • The item is not as described

Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Earphones/headphones for any damage
  • Makeup & cosmetic items
  • Toys that have been opened/used
  • Accessories damaged after delivery
  • Software-activated or warranty-voided devices
  1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and box must be included
  • You must provide photos/videos showing the issue before return approval
  1. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days
  • COD delivery charges are non-refundable
  1. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, you may choose a replacement instead of refund (for eligible items).

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
