At Waqas Dubai Wala, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.
- Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a wrong item
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The item is not as described
Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Earphones/headphones for any damage
- Makeup & cosmetic items
- Toys that have been opened/used
- Accessories damaged after delivery
- Software-activated or warranty-voided devices
- Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and box must be included
- You must provide photos/videos showing the issue before return approval
- Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days
- COD delivery charges are non-refundable
- Replacement Policy
If stock is available, you may choose a replacement instead of refund (for eligible items).
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
